Tending neighbors crops change - Cuts only 1/10 of grow time and not 1/4 anymore!

Crop Collection drop chance balancing - Generaly more difficult to drop collectables from crops (Except Clover) while harvesting on your own homestead - scale of the change depends on crop, Eggplant collectable drop chance raised, Tending neighbors crop drop chance for collectable generaly raised.
Potato and Peanuts - Groundhog chance lowered
Picnic Basket Limited item - Current number of neighbors + 5 unlock, Early unlock 7 HS (500 gold, 7 EXP, 250 gold buyback)
Tending neighbors unready animals - You can tend unready animals. You can´t obtain Manure collection pieces from unready animals and your reward is lower than for ready animal. On the other hand you lower the grow time of animal just as it is while watering neighbors crops.
