you can get it just like the way you got Survey Authorizations, when you do GOAL: Homestead Expansion: Part 3 there will be “Ask” button to request Map Coordinates from neighbors. get ten map coordinates
(fulfilling this mission will consume the coordinates)
You can unlock for 50 horseshoes or ask friends this is easier than survey authorizations, click ask friends and you can choose 30 friends limit (only need 10)
